1) If the software is suspected of being used in any illegal or adult content related websites then it will immediately be withdrawn from the client without notice., until the matter is resolved.
2) If a breach of the amount of key phrases allocated takes place then the software will be suspended on the clients account until the matter is resolved.
3) All content entered into the software is that of the clients and no responsibility for copyright issues are held by Google Websites.
4) All money back guarantees offered are provided under the terms and conditions stated in that particular offer.
5) Once a verbal acceptance has been made by the client to take the software and the invoice has been issued then the client has agreed to enter into a business contract with Google Websites. If the client wishes to cancel this contract with Google Websites then 50% of the full amount invoiced is still due on the same day as requested.
